چکیده
High-risk human papillomavirus types are associated with most of cervical cancer cases. To explore the mechanism by which 16 infections interferes progression and immune evasion acting on T helper 9 cells cytokines. Cervical were obtained from China Center for Type Culture Collection. Cells cultured in Roswell Park Memorial Institute Medium-1640. Through wound healing test transwell analysis, effect interleukin-9 movement, migration invasion was evaluated. The expression epithelial-mesenchymal transition markers programmed death-ligand 1 cell death protein messenger ribonucleic acid detected. Human receptor had higher tumor tissue than normal group. proliferation inhibited transfection group compared Interleukin-9 reduced N-cadherin vimentin expression, increased E-cadherin expression. inhibition decreased while These cytokines can limit proliferation, invasion. They induce up-regulation inhibit thereby expressing antigens.

Background and Aim: Cervical cancer is the fourth main cause of mortality among women, and annually about half a million new cases are detected in developed countries. Based on oncological studies, human papillomavirus (HPV) is classified into two categories: high-risk type and low-risk type, and most cases are related to the high-risk type of human papillomavirus.
